Hiring Fees

The rental fees for Stoke Row Village Hall include use of the kitchen, as well as all crockery, cutlery, tables, and chairs. Please note that tables and chairs must remain on-site and cannot be removed from the hall.

For electrical appliances, including the cooker, microwave, water boiler, additional sockets, and overhead heaters, a £1 coin is required per usage via a meter. While the hall holds a PRS music licence, if you plan to sell alcohol, you’ll need to obtain a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) from South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC), which can be conveniently purchased online.

Once your booking is confirmed, please complete and return a booking form along with your deposit. The form is available for download here.
